Educational Qualifications For UPSC Jobs 2021: Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree/ B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc (IT/ CS)/ Degree with Diploma or PG Diploma (Journalism/ Mass Communication) from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for UPSC jobs 2021.

- General and OBC/EWS Category candidates have to pay Rs. 50/-.
