Educational Qualifications For CICT Jobs 2019: Candidates who have completed 12th, Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Degree in relevant discipline, Central/State Govt. Staff holding analogous posts from the recognized university or institution with required minimum marks can apply for CICT jobs 2019.
